Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not offer refunds/returns. However, if there are any mistakes on our end we will happily fix it at no charge. Please make sure when custom ordering all name/names are spelled correctly. We are not responsible for misspelled names provided by you. Your Glitter bottles will come with care instructions to help protect the longevity of your beautiful creation.

Shipping Policy

The current turn around time for orders is currently 2 weeks. That may be extended depending on orders. You will receive an email and WhatsApp message when your order is ready to be shipped with a tracking number. If your order is not received within 24 hours of the expected delivery date please email us at [email protected].

All custom products bearing any names will be photographed for advertising purposes. All images are the property of NJGLitz.

Your new custom glitter bottles come with care cards with the following information. Please read it carefully to extend the life of your beautiful custom-made bottles. We are not responsible for any damage that you cause. For example, if you drop it and the epoxy breaks.
